Announcement of Spring Conference in Israel
April 29 - May 1, 2010

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We would like to take this opportunity to open up the possibility, according to the leading of the Lord and the fellowship in the Body, for saints in the Lord's recovery to join us for our Spring Conference which will be held April 29 ? May 1, 2010 at The Beit She'an Guest House in the southern Galilee. This will be the 17th time that all the saints in Israel and guests from abroad gather together for two days set aside for blending with the Body, seeking the Lord and the enjoyment of His word. In our most recent times together, we have been able to cover the content of some of the seven feasts and also enjoyed the presence of a good number of saints from North America, the Far East, Europe, and Russia. We are expecting and praying that this time, also, will be very profitable for the blending and building up the Body and for the pursuing together according to the vision of the age.

For all those who may have some burden to come in the spring 2010, we would like to present the following practical considerations.

Conference

1. Registration deadline for housing at the conference and for the tour (optional) prior to the conference is March 15, 2010. Registration for attending the conference meetings without the tour is open until the conference begins.

2. Conference General Schedule: Begins Thu, April 29, at 6:00 p.m. and ends Sat, May 1, at 7:00 p.m.

3. The registration fee is $180 ? may be paid via credit card. This fee includes the two nights of the Conference (April 29 & 30) and all 7 meals from dinner April 29 through dinner on May 1.

Tour

1. A pre-conference tour is scheduled for April 24-29. However, we request that you arrive in Israel on April 22.

2. The tour will begin about 7:45 a.m. every morning and end in the evening each day. There will be sites to visit during most evenings.

3. The tour will cover both biblical and historical sites.

4. The tour is in English.

5. The approximate cost for the tour for 6 days and 5 nights plus two nights in Tel Aviv prior to the tour is $1,020. This includes hotels for the first two nights in Tel Aviv with breakfast only and 5 nights with 2 meals/day (breakfast & dinner), bus & driver, admission fees, and tour guide.

Total Cost for Conference & Tour is $1,200 per person.

Weather

1. Days may get into the upper 80's (30's Celsius), but most likely will be in the upper 70's or lower 80's (25-28 Celsius).

2. Evenings will be cooler ? likely in the lower to mid 70's (21-24 Celsius). A sweater and/or light jacket would be a good idea.

3. There is only a slight chance of rain and you can buy an umbrella in Israel.

Children

1. Welcome to attend
2. Programs for children are arranged among the parents
3. Bring your own materials and toys for the children

If you feel good about coming for this time, please fellowship with the saints in your locality. We would be very glad if some were able to join us for this time of blending. We also want to let you know that our tour space is limited, and we will accept those who register on a first come first served basis. When we receive your registration, we will respond within two days regarding your acceptance for conference housing and for the tour. We recommend that you do not purchase your airline tickets until you receive notification from us that you are registered. After your registration is confirmed you will be sent via email additional information related to your trip and how to pay via credit card.
