Re: International Thanksgiving Conference
Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:
We would like to announce that this year's International Thanksgiving
Conference will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana from Thursday, November 26
through Lord's Day, November 29, 2009. We would like to extend an invitation to all
the churches and individuals to participate in this gathering.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
1st meeting: Thursday, November 26.........7:30 PM
2nd meeting: Friday, November 27...........10:00 AM
3rd meeting: Friday, November 27..............7:30 PM
4th meeting: Saturday, November 28......10:00 AM
5th meeting: Saturday, November 28.........7:30 PM
6th meeting: Lord's Day, November 29......9:30 AM
All the meetings will be held at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown in the Marriott
Ballroom located at 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46225 and will
be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and
Portuguese. Please see the attached information regarding the details of the
conference.
Please pray that the Lord will take more crucial steps in the advancement of His
purpose during this gathering.

International Thanksgiving Conference

November 26 - November 29, 2009
1. General: All conference meetings will be held in the Marriott Ballroom at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown located at 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46225.
2. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Those who need translation should bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.
3. Lodging:
Indianapolis Marriott Downtown: (350 West Maryland Street): The special group rate of $79.00 plus tax (17%) for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy is available. 4. Transportation: Please refer to the enclosed Transportation Information Sheet for directions from the Indianapolis International Airport.
5. Parking: Parking is available at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown for a discounted rate of $10.00 USD per day with in and out privileges.
6. Childcare:
- Care for children from kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Please register all children attending the conference by filling out the attached Childcare Registration Form and returning it to Living Stream Ministry no later than November 1, 2009. All questions should be directed to 714-236- 8456, emailed to register@lsm.org, faxed to 714-236-6005, or mailed to Living Stream Ministry Registration Section at 2431 W. La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92801.
- All those staying at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown with pre-K children may care for them in the guest rooms. The meetings of the conference will be broadcast on the guest room televisions. There will be a viewing room available for parents who are non-guests of the hotel to care for their pre-K children.
- Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting.
- High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.

Transportation Information
From Indianapolis International Airport (IND):
Indianapolis Marriott Downtown direction: 14.0 miles East
Driving Directions: Take I-70 East to exit 79A (West Street). Turn left (north) onto West Street to Maryland Street, turn right (east) onto Maryland Street. Hotel will be on your left 1 block down. Turn left into the hotel parking garage at the first stop sign. Valet parking is in front of the Hotel on Maryland Street.
Westin Indianapolis direction: 14.0 miles East
Take the Airport Expressway East to Interstate 70 East (watch for Exit 75). Continue approximately five (5) miles to the West Street Exit (79A). Turn left onto West Street. Continue approximately 1 mile to Maryland Street. Turn Right onto Maryland Street. Proceed 3 blocks to Illinois Street, turn left. Proceed to Washington Street, turn left. The hotel is about 3 blocks on the left.
Transportation Services:
Taxi: Taxi service is available from the airport to the hotel. Taxi services are available at the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the Indianapolis International Airport parking garage. Taxi services from the airport have estimated one-way fares of $30.00-$35.00 USD plus tip.
Bus: The IndyGo Green Line bus service provides non-stop service from the Indianapolis International Airport to the downtown area from 5:00AM to 9:00PM daily in 20-minute intervals. Bus fare is $7.00 USD one way and must be paid with exact change or by credit card. The Green Line is available at the Ground Transportation Center in the new terminal of the Indianapolis International Airport, located on the first floor of the parking garage. IndyGo boarding is in Zone 7. The bus stop for the hotels is stop #6 on Maryland Street. Bus routes and schedules can be downloaded at www.indygo.net.
Chauffeured Services: Carey Indiana offers a Share-A-Ride service from the airport to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown at a rate of $16.00 USD per person. The Carey Indiana kiosk is located at the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the parking garage of the Indianapolis International Airport. Service hours are from 8:30AM to 12:00AM. Reservations can be made by calling 317-241-7100 or 1-800-888-INDY.
Shuttle: No shuttle service is provided from the hotel.
